  How You’ll Make an Impact:  

·         Supporting patient and retail food service for our healthcare site 

·         Lead and drive a strong safety culture 

·         Lead your team with passion and strong customer service focus  

·         Strong employee relations within a unionized environment

·         Good business acumen working with inventory, food and labour costs 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:  

·         RD/CSNM designation is an asset.

·         Previous experience working in acute care facilities is an asset

·         2-4  years working with operations at the managerial/supervisory level

·         Effective oral and written communication skills are needed 

·         Management experience in a unionized environment 

·         Strong ability to manage and promote a safe work environment and lead a safety culture

·         Effective planning, organizing, and time management skills 

·         Excellent interpersonal skills 

·         Ability to select and develop people 

·         Ability to anticipate and solve problems
