Clinical Dietitian – Regular Full Time

Located in the Oakridge area of Vancouver, B.C., Louis Brier Home and Hospital is a 215 bed accredited residential facility situated next to the Weinberg Residence, home to 40 assisted living and 20 private pay complex care residents. Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Director, Resident Care and Interprofessional Practice, as a member of the interdisciplinary Care Team, The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for assessing the individual nutritional needs of residents, establishing and monitoring nutrition care plans and counseling residents regarding nutrition and documenting all assessments.

Educational Requirements

Must be a registered Dietitian

An active member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia. Eligible for membership with the Dietitians of Canada (CDBC).

Two (2) years recent clinical experience in long-term care, certification to practice Restricted Activity A & C. Knowledge of Dysphagia Assessment is an asset.


Position: Regular Full Time position with benefits

Work Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 4:30pm)
